- The product shall not use any non-solar energy driven battery.
- The product shall not contain cadmium or other hazardous substances.
- The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the packaging material. For non-manufactuing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
- The products or the packaging material shall bear a label reading "Using solar energy".
