- Tooth brush must be equipped with replaceable heads. Within a single package, the ratio of brush head to handle shall not be less than 4.
- The product and package shall not contain heavy metals such as lead and cadmium, or polyvinlychloride.
- The total weight of the product (induding package ) divided by the number of brush head shall not be greater than 10 grams.
- Products are considered to be the same if they differ only in color.
- The name and address, or the consumer hotline number of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the package. For non-manufacturing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address, or its consumer hotline number shall also be shown.
- product or package shall also bear a label reading "Replaceable brush head, reduction of waste".
