1. Packaging-use products include garbage bags, cushioning material, foamed containers, shopping bags and disposable foodware.
2. The biodegradability of the product shall be equal to or higher than 50% when tested against ISO 14851, ISO 14852 or ISO 14855 standards.
3. Shopping bags and disposable foodware shall not contain PE, PP, PS and PVC, etc.
4. Products shall not contain toxic substances promulgated by the ROC-EPA.
5. Products are considered to be the same if they differ only in size or volume.
6. The name and address of the "Green Mark" user must be clearly printed on the product or on the package. For non-manufacturing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
7. Product or package shall also bear a label reading "Made of Degradable Plastics".

• Sampling of these products shall be carried out by the Implementation Body and the applicant together at one of the sale points of these products. Samples shall then be sent to an accredited test laboratory for testing and analysis.
