The term "office use automation papers (OA)" is meant to be Xerox paper, computer-use continuous and separated sheets.
- OA paper must contain a minimum of 60% recycled paper. The percentage of the recovered paper is subject to revision in accordance with the improvement in the paper production technology.
- Types, sources and ratios of recycle content must be entered into the application form in detail.
- Products are considered to be the same if they differ only in size or volume.
- The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the package. For non-manufacturing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
- Product or package shall bear a label indicating the ratio of domestically recycled paper. For imported products, the label shall read "Imported Recycled Paper Product".
- Product or package shall also bear a label reading "Made of . % Recycled Paper and Conservation of Forestry Resource".
