In the past, the local EPB made paper documents including excel files and gave to the EPA, then EPA passed all the information to appraisal committee members. The members appraise the performance by referring to the “Performance Appraisal Standard of Private Sectors’ Participation in the Green Procurement”. The agency calculated the score according to the paper appraisal made by the committee members and publicize the result. Such method is not convenient for the appraisal committee members and the result generated is not prompt enough for the governmental agency to take look at. Therefore the “Green Production Online Application Auditing System” is created, through “Public’s Participation in Green Procurement” and “Public’s Participation in Green Procurement Reporting System” a convenient and fair appraising way is used to offer prompt information inquiry.

Appraisal Information：Offer the appraisal standard to the appraisal members.

Audit and Appraisal：There are two appraisal modes for committee members to appraise
(1) Local EPB can input the data and the system will make automatic scoring.
(2) Appraisal committee members can input the data and the system will make automatic scoring.
3. Appraisal Result Inquiry：Appraisal committee members can inquiry the appraisal results. |
