- Insulation material for building must have a heat conductivity less than 0.038 Kcal/m2hoC.
- The insulation material shall be made with a manufacturing process which does not use CFC's specified in the Montreal Protocol.
- The material shall not include any asbestos.
- The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the packaging material. For non-manufacturing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
- The products or the packaging material shall bear a label reading "Energy conservation".
