- The term "Portland blast furnace cement" denotes the even mixture of Portland cement and blast furnace powder. Portland blast furnace cement must be entirely made from domestical blast furnace powder.
- The blast furnace powder must contain at least 25% and up-to 65% by weight of the Portland blast furnace cement. The sources and ratio of the blast furnace powder must be entered into the application form in detail.
- Products are considered the same if they differ only in size and packaging volume.
- The products shall be duly classified based on the ratio of the blast furnace powder and purposes of application. The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the packaging material. For non-manufacturing Logo users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
- The product shall bear a label on the packaging material reading "made of XX% by weight from blast furnace powder".
