- The recycled plastics or rubber used as the raw material shall be 100% from the domestic and, the regenerated product shall be made from 100% waste plastics or rubber (excluding the additives which are added to improve product quality).
- The recycled plastic may include the plastic dusts and defective products from a factory but shall not have any EPA listed hazardous substances. The sources and ratio of recycled plastics must be entered into the application form in detail.
- Products are considered the same if they differ only in size or color.
- The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or on the packaging material. For non-manufacturer users, the manufacturer's name and address shall also be shown.
- The product or packaging material shall bear a label reading "100% recycled plastics".
